If you make a booking for an overnight stay either via our website, by e-mail or by telephone, we usually require the following data for the processing of the contract:

We will process the data by name in order to record your booking/reservation as requested and to provide the booked services.

Those entries which are necessary for the smooth processing of your booking are marked as mandatory or - in the case of telephone bookings - requested by you in person. The entry of other information is optional.
