Booking on the website, by e-mail or by phone

If you make a booking for an overnight stay either via our website, by e-mail or by telephone, we usually require the following data for the processing of the contract:

Additional requests (subject to availability)

Credit card data in case of arrival after 20:00 o'clock

We will process the data by name in order to record your booking/reservation as requested and to provide the booked services.

We ask you to contact us in case of ambiguities or problems.

Those entries which are necessary for the smooth processing of your booking are marked as mandatory or - in the case of telephone bookings - requested by you in person. The entry of other information is optional. Other information you provide voluntarily (e.g. your message to us) will only be used by us to process the contract, unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy or you have separately consented to this.

Please note that we may disclose your data to third parties to the extent necessary in connection with the use of the websites and the execution of the contract.
